Martin joined Specifically Equine in October 1989, and has served as Dr. Boles’ veterinary technician for more than twenty years. Martin assists Dr. Boles with all ambulatory services, examinations, patient care, treatment therapies, anesthesia and digital radiography and ultrasonography. He and his family moved to the Santa Ynez Valley in 1979 from Jaliso, Mexico and he worked for Gainey Arabians and Bethesda Arabians before joining Dr. Boles’ team. Martin loves working with horses and likes being outdoors on a daily basis. In his spare time he raises a variety of animals including dogs, birds and goats and enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
